Protection of personal data - Information about the article. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.06.2003 Privacy statement

Having regard to the article. 13 of Legislative Decree No 196 30 June 2003, we inform that our company based in EuroTour sas Via Tonale, 22 I-38025 Dimaro (TN) processes the personal data of customers and suppliers and others who provide us with their data.

Our company guarantees under the statutory provisions that the processing of data, which have been voluntarily provided to us (by telephone, fax or email) by you personally or that have been collected from third parties during, for example, process of acquiring external data for commercial information, public directories, etc.. are processed in accordance with the rights and fundamental freedoms, and dignity, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

Aims of treatment
- Fulfilment of law, regulations, legislation, community standards, civil and tax
- Fulfilment of possible contractual obligations towards the party concerned
- Performance of all activities connected with the business of our society, such as sending of business information and internal statistics, invoicing, bookkeeping clients - suppliers - Commercial purposes such as sending of business information and advertising materials (by post, fax and e-mail), marketing and market research - Insurance purposes, in particular credit insurance.

In relation to the purposes listed above, your personal data will be passed:
- To public bodies and authorities, where required by law
- to financial institutions with which our company has relationships for the management of claims / liabilities and financial intermediation
- to all those individuals and / or legal, public and / or private persons (legal, administrative and fiscal offices, courts, chambers of commerce, etc..) when disclosure is necessary or appropriate to carrying out our activities and in the manner and for the purposes listed above
- Personal data processed by our company are not subject to disclosure.

Treatment can be done with or without the aid of electronic or automated means and it encompasses all the operations provided by Art. 4, paragraph 1, letter a of Legislative Decree No. 30 June 2003. 196 and necessary to the treatment in question. However, the treatment will be carried out in observance of all cautionary measures that ensure the security and confidentiality. The Privacy Code grants the parties concerned to exercise specific rights under Art. 7. The interested party may request the data source, purpose and methods of treatment, has the right to obtain updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, anonymous transformation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law. You have the right to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent to the collection, treatment and without reason that the data for the purposes of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.
